Your pipeline, automatically organised
What the agent actually does
Under the hood - no magic, just hard work done automatically.
Multi-source discovery
Searches government portals, foundation websites, innovation databases, and sector-specific directories simultaneously - sources that would take your team weeks to monitor manually.
Precision matching
Filters against your profile criteria so you only see opportunities that genuinely fit your organisation. No noise, no irrelevant alerts.
Intelligent form-filling
Uses your uploaded documents and profile data to complete application forms. Adapts answers to fit each funder's requirements and character limits.
CAPTCHA handling
Solves standard CAPTCHA challenges automatically, navigating the friction that stops most automation tools in their tracks.
Smart interruptions
Only pauses when it genuinely can't proceed - a document it doesn't have, or a strategic question only you can answer. Otherwise, it runs.
Full audit trail
Every action the agent takes is logged. See exactly which sources were searched, which opportunities were found, and how each application was filled.

Common questions
What types of organisations can use GrantGunner?
GrantGunner works for charities, non-profits, startups, research institutions, social enterprises, and individual applicants. During onboarding you tell us your type, and the agent tailors its search accordingly.
What documents should I upload?
Anything you regularly include in applications: pitch decks, business plans, annual reports, impact reports, CVs, portfolio links, or previous application examples. The agent extracts text from these and uses them to answer application questions.
Can I switch between Autopilot and Assisted mode?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. You can also set a default mode and override it per opportunity - useful if you want full autopilot for smaller grants but prefer to approve before submitting to larger funders.
What happens when the agent needs more information?
The agent pauses and sends you a notification with a specific question. It won't make up answers or submit incomplete applications. Once you respond, it picks up exactly where it left off.
How does the opportunity calendar work?
Every opportunity the agent discovers - including its opening date, deadline, and funding range - is automatically added to your calendar. You'll receive reminders 7 days before a deadline. Applied grants are marked so you never accidentally apply twice.
Is my organisation data kept private?
Your profile data and documents are used only to complete applications on your behalf. They are never shared with other users or used to train AI models.
